Chef K would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event. We are not a food truck, we are a Pop-Up Café, in Chef Coats, and set up right in front of the crowd to show off what we do.

I Love the simplicity & cleanliness Chef K has when cooking in the middle of nowhere with all his portable equipment. Not only is his food fresh and uses Local ground beef, everything is clean and his staff is happy & polite. Just when you think you‘ve had all Hotdogs, Chef K brings out the BIG DAWGS.
NSA COED Worlds Tournament in 2017
Everyone home made food items can be very picky about what & where they eat. Chef K showed up to our Tournament and all signals said he knew his business. When eating at a sports event the food can be greasy & later problematic. Not the case here w/ Café Sabaté. I was so impressed that I actually went into Chef K’s space to personally thank him for the best Cheeseburger I’ve EVER eaten. His Caramelized Onions are the bomb. All his toppings are FRESH & FREE.
